Marine Fish Oil is a concentrated product supplying 50% EPA/DHA content and is a very affordable option for daily omega-3 supplementation. Each 1 g softgel supplies a guaranteed minimum amount of 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA (270 mg EPA/180 mg DHA when reported as free fatty acid equivalents).
