With the exception of heat-sensitive and perishable items, products are eligible for return credit if requested within 30 days of the order date. Products must be unopened and unmarked.
To initiate a return, please email, chat, or call us at 914-689-4597 to request a return authorization number. All returns, excluding those at fault of Nutrimin Shop, are subject to a 25% returns processing fee, as returned products aren’t returned to stock. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
